GATE 2020 Result is now declared, and a farmer’s son has topped in the GATE 2020 Electrical Engineering paper. Abhash Rai who hails from the Narayanpur village at Ballia District has proved once again that there is no excuse to success. His resilience and hard work have finally paid off as he has scored 87.33 percent in the GATE 2020 Electrical Engineering Paper.
He moved to Patna to complete his Class 10th Examination and pursued his Bachelor's Degree from NIT Patna. His father had to move to Indore after leaving his farming job for better earning prospect, which didn’t prove to work any better. Now, he wants to improve the condition of his family and hopes to secure a post in one of the known Electrical PSU of the country. To add more, he is not at all discouraged by the fee hike in M.Tech Course and taking this situation as a challenge to perform even better. Though he has chosen to work in L&T through campus placement, he is also waiting for the GATE Selection Procedure to start as that might open new doors of career opportunities for him.

Sharing his success story with the leading media houses, he said that his focus on completely on GATE 2020 preparation. He even joined a coaching class that accelerated his exam preparation efforts and helped him to excel in the Electrical Engineering Paper. Earlier, amore than 6 lakhs candidates appeared for the GATE 2020 Exam.
Unlike others, he didn’t try to study all day long. Rather, he balanced his GATE 2020 Exam preparation and other activities such as meeting with friends well to stay ahead. This also proves that stress and exam pressure is of no good.
