The result of CSIR-UGC examination 2018 has been declared by The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) on the official website, which is www.csirhrdg.res.in. The result is available in a PDF format featuring the rank and the roll number of qualified candidates. The CSIR UGC NET 2018 was conducted on June 17 in two sessions, 9 am – 12pm (morning session) and 2 pm – 5 pm (evening session).

Here are the steps to download the CSIR UGC NET result for June 2018 exam:
In the JRF NET CSIR June examination 2018, a total of 1991 candidates have qualified while 1500 candidates have qualified in JRF-NET test. All these candidates are now eligible for the Lectureship-NET subject to their fulfilling criteria for lectureship laid down by UGC.
A total of 3756 candidates have qualified the eligibility for Lectureship-NET, who will now be eligible for recruitment as lecturer as well as JRF-Ship in a Scheme/Project.

However, the candidates will not be eligible for regular JRF-NET fellowship but can pursue Ph.D program with or without fellowship other than JRF-NET.
UGC has stated that the fellowship will be effective from January 1, 2019.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) conducts UGC NET exam twice a year. The next NET exam will be conducted on December 16, 2018 and the admit cards for the examination will be available for download in the first week of the next month.
