The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has declared the Gujarat CET Result 2017. The students can check their results by logging on to the official website.

The GUJCET Result 2017 have been declared online, but the marksheets will be available after publication from respective district distribution centres. They will be distributed from 10AM to 4PM.

The Gujarat Board conducts GUJCET for admission to courses in engineering and degree and diploma pharmacy courses for both medical and non-medical streams. Almost 2.67 lakh students appeared for GUJCET 2017 which was held on May 10th and 11th.

Here's how you can check GUJCET 2017 Result

1. Log on to the official website gseb.org

2. Click the link 'Gujarat CET Result 2017'

3. Keep roll number and other credentials for accessing the result

4. Keep a print out of the result for official use.

Result of students in their class XII result will also have a roll to play in final admission for engineering and pharmacy courses. For admission, 40% weightage is of GUJCET result. Rest 60% is the class XII result. The criteria is likely to be changed next year.

Gujarat CET EXAM was conducted in three languages.

GSHSEB last conducted GUJCET for engineering in the year 2012. After that students gave exam under Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). But this year, govt has reverted to old system.
