The days long wait has finally come to an end as the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday declared the results for Class 12 compartment examination held in July at various centres across the country. The CBSE has made the results available at its official website that is cbseresults.nic.in. Candidates who had appeared for the CBSE compartment examination 2019 will get their mark sheet from respective DigiLocker account created by the board.

Meanwhile, students who are yet to check their CBSE Class 12th Compartment Result online, may go through the following steps for the fast and easy access to the results. How to check CBSE 12th Compartment Result 2019?

Step 1: Visit official website of the CBSE - cbseresults.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the 'Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) Results 2019-Compartment' link.

Step 3: Enter your roll number, school number, centre number and Admit card ID in the provided space

Step 4: Click on Submit

Step 5: CBSE 12th Compartment Result 2019 will be appeared in the screen

Step 6: Download your CBSE 12th Compartment Result 2019

Step 7: Take a print out of the same for future convenience

The CBSE had announced the Class 12 results on May 2, way ahead of schedule following a Delhi High Court order to complete the process before the undergraduate admissions begin. The results were declared within 28 days of the last date of the examination.

Girls had a pass percentage of 88.70 which is 9 percentage points more than that of boys' 79.40 per cent. Transgenders had a pass percentage of 83.3 per cent. Candidates who failed to qualify the exam were given a second chance to appear in the compartment exam. In a whole, around 13 lakh students had appeared for the CBSE Class 12 examination in 2019.
