JEE Advanced Result 2019: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee has finally declared the JEE Advanced Result 2019 today, i.e. June 14, 2019. The students can now check their score card on the official website of the examination - jeeadv.ac.in. Earlier, the official website of the institute faced some technical glitches, which delayed the publishing of the results on the official website. The website had also issued a statement saying that due to some problem at the server end the result portal may take some time to restart and students should check their results online 4.00 pm onwards.

Apart from the official website, candidates, who have registered their names on JEE (Advanced) 2019 Candidate Portal, may visit cportal.jeeadv.ac.in to check their JEE Advanced Result 2019 and JEE Advanced rank allotted by IIT, Roorkee. The candidates will also recieve their JEE Advanced Result 2019 on their registered mobile numbers. However, in order to check the category-wise All India Ranks (AIR), students have to access to the websites mentioned above.

Mumbai's Kartikey Gupta of Allen Career Institute Kota has secured 346/372 to bag the All India Rank 1 in JEE Advanced examination 2019. Shabnam Sahay became the no 1 ranked among female candidates. She obtained 308 out of the total 372 marks. Of the total 16,1319 candidates appeared in the examination, 38,705 have qualified the JEE (Advanced) 2019.

Step 2: Click on the link - 'Download JEE Result 2019'

Step 3: Enter your roll number and other important details

Step 4: Click on Submit

Step 5: JEE Advanced Result 2019 will be displayed on the screen

Step 6: Download the result and take a print for future reference

The JEE Advanced Result 2019 will carry the total marks obtained by a candidate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates who will be able to secure the minimum prescribed marks in all three subjects and in aggregate will be considered for All India Rankings. Rankings will be based on the aggregate marks secured by an individual in both Paper 1 and Paper 2.

This year, JEE Advanced, the prestigious national level entrance examination, was conducted on May 27. Earlier, the examination was scheduled to be held on May 19, but was postponed in view of the last phase of Lok Sabha elections on the same day.

Following the announcement of the JEE Advanced Result, all 23 participating IITs will conuct the seat allotment process for granting admission in various four-year undergraduate courses across the country.
