The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will release the results of the Madhyamik 2019 or Class 10 exams today at 9 am. Soon after the formal declaration of the results, the marksheet will be available on the official websites of the board i.e. wbbse.org or wbresults.nic.in. Alternatively, the candidates can also check their results on this page by clicking on the link given below. The declaration of the results will seal the fate of lakhs of students who have appeared for the examination.

Earlier, Kalyanmoy Ganguly, president West Bengal Board said, "The board will declare the results at a press conference on 21 May at 9 am. Students can get the results through on the website wbbse.org at 10 am." Ganguly also said that the marksheets will be distributed to the principals of schools from 11 am on 21 May.
This year, a total of 10.66 lakh students appeared for the Madhyamik exams, which were conducted between 12 and 22 February.

Step 2: Click on the 'West Bengal Class 10 Results' link
Step 3: Fill in the required details such as roll number and date of birth
Step 4: The results will be displayed on your screen
Step 5: Download the results and take a printout for future reference
In 2018, the West Bengal board Class 10 results were announced on 6 June. The overall pass percentage was 85.49 percent. More than 11 lakh students had appeared for the exams last year.
About West Bengal Board
The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education was established through the West Bengal Secondary Education Act, 1950, though it started functioning only around the year 1951. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is entrusted with responsibilities such as providing the curriculum for affiliated schools, monitoring the implementation of education policies and conducting yearly West Bengal Board Madhyamik Examination. Each year, around 10 lakh plus students take the West Bengal Board Madhyamik Examination.
The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) is expected to declare the West Bengal Board 10th Result 2019 in the last week of May. Though there is no official news on the release of the WB Board 10thResult 2019 so far, the previous year trend suggests that the students can expect their WB Class 10 Result 2019 to be out between the last week of May or in the first week of June, 2019.
