IIM Shillong is gearing up for its ninth convocation. Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu will address the convocation function on April 16, officials said on Thursday.
Naidu will deliver the convocation address after the presentation of medals for the postgraduate programme, IIM Shillong spokesman M Mukhim said.
State Governor Ganga Prasad and IIM Shillong chairman Shishir Bajoria would also be present, he said.
The institute concluded its final placement for its students early this year. As many as 41 recruiters had approached the institute.
