SBI Jobs 2019: Application for 8,904 Junior Associate posts begins, apply before May 3

SBI Recruitment 2019: The State Bank of India (SBI), the largest public lender of the country, has announced a fresh recruitment drive, inviting all the interested and eligible candidates for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) in different states all over India. Candidates who have completed their graduation in any field can apply for the advertised post at the official website of the SBI, i.e., sbi.co.in. In the advertisement, interested candidates are requested to apply online for the position from one particular state on or before May 3, 2019.

Apart from online, no other mode of registration will be accepted by the SBI. Aspirants are also advised to keep a print out of their application form along with other important documents. While registering for the post, candidates are also required to scan their photograph and signature. The application fees should be paid within the specified date mentioned below. While the fee for General category applicants is Rs 750, for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category applicants is fixed to Rs 125.

Going by the selection process, candidates will be allowed only once to sit for the qualifying examination. The examination, which will be conducted on pen-paper (offline) mode, will carry a total of 200 marks which includes language, aptitude and quantitative assessment. Furthermore, candidates should be fluent in the language of that state, where they are applying from. The examination drive is conducted to fill up 8904 posts in the organization across the country.

Total no of vacancies: 8,904

Eligibility: Graduate in any stream from a registered University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 1.1.2018

Pay scale: The pay scale for this position ranges from Rs 11,765 to Rs 31,450.

Age Limit: For most of the positions, the minimum age is 20 years while the maximum age is 28 years. The limit relaxation on age for certain categories are mentioned below:

i) SC/ST candidates: 5 years

ii) OBC candidates: 3 years

iii) Persons with disability: 10 years (PWD+OBC= 13 years; PWD+SC/ST= 15 years)

vi) Ex-servicemen with at least five years of service: 5 years

v) Persons ordinarily domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir between 01-01-80 to 31-12-89: 5 years

vi) Widows, Divorced women and women judicially separated: 7 years
