The Anna University Has Started The Admission Process For 2019.

The Anna University has started the admission process for 2019. Candidates who are interested can visit the official website annauniv.edu to apply for the same. Candidates belonging to Children of Indian Workers of Gulf Countries (CIWGC), Non-Resident Indian (NRI), Foreign National (FN) categories can apply for various BE, B. Tech and M.Sc Integrated courses.

The students can submit the online application by June 7. Candidates applying for B.E. / B.Tech. & Five-year Integrated M. Sc will have to pass the qualifying examination, i.e. (10 + 2) of Indian System or its equivalent (completed 12 years of school education). For a five-year Integrated M.Sc (Electronic Media) programme, candidates must pass in H.Sc. of 10+2 curriculum of any group under Part III or equivalent. For Ph.D. programmes, Masters degree is mandatory in the required discipline.

How to Apply for Admission in Anna University?

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Anna University - annauniv.edu.

Step 2: The students need to create the login details then.

Step 3: With the newly created login details, the candidates need to complete the registration process.

Step 4: The students need to upload the necessary documents in the system.

Step 5: On verifying all the details, the candidates have to submit the application and pay the amount of fee as decided by the university.

Step 6: They should download the counselling letter at the end.

Anna University Admission 2019 – Important Dates

Opening date of application: April 2019

Closing date of application: June 7, 2019

Counseling for Foreign National: June 17, 2019

Counseling for Children of Indian Workers of Gulf Countries: June 18, 2019

Counseling for Non-Resident Indian: June 18, 2019

All the candidates will be called for counselling where the documents will be verified by the authorities. The counselling will be conducted on 17 June for FN candidates, whereas for CIWGC and NRI candidates, counselling will be held on 18 June.
