Former chief minister and National Conference vice president Omar Abdullah on Wednesday taking a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s national address said, “Is PM Modi going to announce Lok Sabha Elections results.” Taking to micro-blogging website Twitter, Omar wrote, "What announcement will fit within the code of conduct guidelines of the election commission of India? (sic)."
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today address the nation shortly with an important message. PM Modi took to Twitter and wrote, "I would be addressing the nation at around 11:45 AM - 12.00 noon with an important message. Do watch the address on television, radio or social media."
