New Delhi:

With just three days left for the fourth and final phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2019 in Maharashtra, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed a joint rally with Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray in Mumbai. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Republican Party of India (RPI) president Ramdas Athawale were among others who took part in the massive NDA rally held at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) this evening.

Before the 2014 general elections too, the Modi- Thackeray duo addressed a similar rally at the same venue in the financial capital of India. Meanwhile, anticipating a huge traffic jam near the BKC area, several offices in the locality have asked employees to plan their day accordingly. The e-mail advisory to office employees comes after the traffic police issued an advisory with road restrictions at BKC in the view of Modi-Thackeray rally.

As per the traffic advisory, entry for all types of vehicles, except emergency vehicles, has been restricted in both directions on the road adjacent to MMRDA grounds, JSW building between Tata Power building up to the fire station building. There will be no entry for vehicles from Diamond Junction up to Asian Heart Hospital junction. The road restrictions will remain in place till Friday midnight.

Here are the Highlights from PM Modi's BKC rally in Mumbai:

Those who have robbed the country will have to return: PM Modi at NDA rally in Mumbai.

Terrorists had attacked Mumbai several times under the Congress government. But Congress government would just change ministers, give statements and go to sleep... I am the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. We have made it clear that we will kill the terrorists by entering their homes: PM Modi.

Inflation which was growing at a rate of 10 per cent, now fell to 4 per cent. This is the first time in the latest three decades that the fastest growth and the lowest inflation has been observed in the country: PM Modi.

We have taken several steps to eliminate corruption, as a result of which some people are now in jail while others are on bail: PM Modi.

Congress insulted you by calling middle class selfish and greedy: PM Modi.

Once upon a time, telephone bill was a huge part in list of expenses of middle class. Due to efforts of our government, calling is almost free, data in India is also the cheapest in the entire world: PM Modi.

In the past five years, we've increased the number of tax-payers, but not raised the rate of taxes. It is for the first time that this has happened. An ex-former minister was the prime minister. Today, the middle class has more savings. You will only understand this when you compare it with the situation under the previous government: PM Modi.

Be it in villages, countryside places or metro citis like Mumbai, surveys show that the BJP is going to form the government with the absolute majority in 2019. Discussion is on whether BJP will be able to cross the figure of 282: PM Modi.

The youth of the nation look towards 2047, not 1947. The parties and the leaders with an age-old mentality, can not understand the pulse of the 21st century youth: PM Modi.

The political strategies of the Congress rests on the memories of its past and hence the grand old party has become the second name of confusion: PM Modi.

This is not a election of vikalp, but of sankalp. This is to strengthen the poor and not the fake 'Garibi Hatao' promise... The Opposition is afraid of the wave in the country: PM Modi.

This election is not just to choose a government, it is an election to decide the direction of India: PM Modi in Mumbai.

Since independence, the least number of seats that Congress won was 44, in 2014 General Elections. In 2019 General Elections, Congress is making a record of fighting on the least number of seats ever: PM Narendra Modi at NDA rally in Mumbai.
