New Delhi:
Karnataka has been the only major state in the southern part of India that has rewarded the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with good returns. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, the state did not disappoint as Karnataka was swept away by the saffron surge with the BJP trouncing both the JD (S) and Congress in the state. The party ended up with 26 out of the 28 seats with a vote share of 51.3 percent. For the opposition, stalwarts like HD Deve Gowda and Mallikarjuna Kharge of the Congress suffered losses. Here is a complete list of all the winners and losers from Karnataka in the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.
