It came as a shocker to Bigg Boss 11 fans when Hiten Tejwani was eliminated from Salman Khan’s show. Housemates played a key role in Hiten’s eviction as they chose to save Priyank Sharma over him.
Host Salman mentioned how Hiten has won millions of hearts in BB11 because of his calm and composed nature. The ‘Dabangg’ actor said that he was sorry that the ‘Kutumb’ actor had to leave the show.
Hiten was one of the probable contenders to win the show along with Shilpa Shinde and Hina Khan. For the uninitiated, Shilpa is being blamed for his eviction as she decided to save Priyank over the popular television actor.
Many former Bigg Boss contestants slammed the ‘Bhabhiji’ actress for evicting a deserving candidate. Shilpa, however, stood with her decision and said she did the right thing.
An overwhelmed Hiten took to Twitter to thank his wife Gauri Pradhan and fans for their love and support.Â

Now that Hiten, one of the most lovable and popular contestants, is not on the scene anymore, it remains to be seen if his absence will affect the popularity of the mega show.
