Bigg Boss 13 recently saw the entry of few wild card entrants to fill for the contestant who were eliminated with audience poll. Apart from Tik Tok start Hindustani Bhau and Bhojpuri actor Khesari Lal Yadav, Tehseen Poonawalla a social media celebrity entered the house with much pomp.
Now sources close to the new wild card entrant has learnt that Tehseen has taken over Rashami Desai to become the highest paid celeb in the show. According to reports, the young political analyst is being paid Rs 21 lakh per week.
Tehseen Poonawalla, a Congress supported is very well-known for articulating his views on social media and mainstream news shows as well. He is married to Monica Vadera, who incidentally is Priyanka Gandhi’s husband Robert Vadra’s cousin, which makes him former Congress president Rahul Gandhi's brother-in-law.
On Saturday, when Tehseen Poonawalla interacted with host Salman before entering the house, he sounded quote confident about his win at the show. When Salman asked why he wanted to be a part of Bigg Boss 13 when his career is going great guns, he said he is going inside to win. He said, "100 per cent I am winning sir. Main yahaan jeetne he aya hoon aur jeet ke he jaaunga. Aur 12 January ko jab finale hoga, Inshallah main aapke saath khada hounga and I will be the winner."
Tehseen who was closely watching the show made clear his liking for Asim, Paras Chhabra and Devoleena and dislike for Siddhartha Shukla. He praised Paras Chhabra and said, "Paras bahut he umda khel raha hai aur uski screen presence bhi bahut achhi hai."
