Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 is running successfully at the box office worldwide and is all set to break several records in the coming days. The movie is churning out big since the first day of its release and crossed Rs 100 crore at the box office across the globe on the opening day.
Bankrolled with a huge budget of Rs 550 crore, 2.0 needs to continue with the same pace in order to cover its costs and generate big revenue to its producers. Meanwhile, many trade analysts have predicted good business by 2.0 on Sunday as well.

Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#2Point0 jumps on Day 3 [Sat]... Growth on Day 3 [vis-à-vis Day 2]: 23.46%... Circuits that were performing okay/low have picked up... Day 4 [Sun] should witness further growth... Thu 20.25 cr, Fri 18 cr, Sat 25 cr. Total: ₹ 63.25 cr. India biz. Note: HINDI version’’.

Some reports suggest that the movie is performing well in few states including New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, East Punjab, Bihar and Central India.
Box Office India said that the sci-fi movie managed to get average collections in West Bengal and Mumbai. As per a latest report, Shankar’s directorial venture has bagged Rs 290 crores in just three day of release, out of which Rs 85 crore was collected from overseas box office while Rs 205 crore from domestic box office.
Another trade analyst Girish Johar also predicted the business by 2.0 on Sunday and wrote, Very Very #EarlyTrends suggest a jump in Day 4 BO for #2Point0 ... roughly 20ish% aprox vis a vis Day 3 BO ...its a good Sunday at the BO ...getting various trends for all 3 langs / formats’’.
Last week, Madras high Court also issued an order to 37 internet service providers (ISPs) to block more than 12,000 websites which features pirated versions of Tamil movies. But, the movie was somehoe released on TamilRockers few hours after its release.

Meanwhile, it will be interesting to see whether the movie manages to earn enough after a week of its release
