Playback singer Udit Narayan's son Aditya landed in a fresh trouble on Monday after he was arrested in a case of road accident.
According to the media reports, Aditya had allegedly rammed his Mercedes into an autorickshaw in suburban Andheri. The report further suggested that the rickshaw driver and the woman passenger were badly injured in the accident.
The young singer, who was at the driving seat, has been arrested after a complaint was filed against Aditya.
Reportedly, a case has been registered against Aditya Narayan under sections 279 (rash driving), 338 (Causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the IPC and relevant sections of the Motor Vehicle Act.
The police officials also asserted that after the accident, Aditya took the injured people to the hospital.
His Mercedes has been taken into custody and the police is investigating the matter further.
Interestingly, this isn't the first time that Aditya Narayan has landed in a controversy. Earlier, the singer-turned-actor grabbed the headlines after he got into an argument with airline staff at Raipur airport, for carrying excessive luggage.
A video of the incident also went viral on social media and Aditya was criticised for showing starry tantrums.
