Ranbir Kapoor dating Alia Bhatt is no more a secret. The duo has been grabbing the limelight ever since they made their relationship official at Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja’s wedding reception. Even Kapoor and Bhatt families have approved their relation. Rumour mills are churning that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will take their relationship to the next level and get married next year.
According to an India Today report, The actress opened up on the time when she developed a crush on her man, Ranbir. The 25-year-old actress revealed, "I met Ranbir when I was 11, I had auditioned for Black. Since then, I had a crush on him. And then he came in Saawariya, and I had already seen him."
The adorable couple clocked in one year of togetherness along with the new year. Reports say that it was Ranbir who asked Alia out last New Year’s Eve, and since then, the two have been inseparable. The couple is often spotted accompanying each other on family getaways, holidaying together, heading out on quiet dinner dates apart from working together on their upcoming film Brahmastra.
On the professional front, Alia has an eventful year ahead with a slew of interesting projects in her kitty. She will be first seen in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy opposite Ranveer Singh, then in Abhishek Verman’s Kalank, which also stars Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit and Varun Dhawan in vital roles, and finally in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra alongside Ranbir Kapoor.Â
