Ankita Lokhande is winning hearts after her look as Jhalkari Bai in her upcoming movie, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, which stars Kangana Ranaut in the lead role, unveiled. Ankita Lokhande shot to fame with her long stint in the television soap Pavitra Rishta.
While Ankita's professional life is taking a sweet turn, her personal life is also adding up to the flavour. According to a rumour in Bombay Times, the actor might get hitched in 2019 with her rumoured beau Vikas Jain. Although, the actress, who is reportedly dating a Mumbai based businessman, Vicky Jain has chosen to remain silent on her wedding speculations.
Speaking of her rumoured Boyfriend, Ankita accepted that she is in love. She told Bombay Times, “He is a very nice guy. He is a businessman from Bilaspur. Yes, I am in love and you will get to know about it when the time is right.”
On her wedding plans, Ankita responded, “If it happens, I will let you know and invite you for the wedding. I can’t say anything right now, but there are no such plans, yet. I am just focussing on work at the moment.”
“Love is really important for me, because I believe in it. I believe in giving love to everyone, including my family, dogs and myself, and not just the person I get married to. Relationships are very important, because that’s the bond you share with someone and that’s how love grows between people. Marriage has always been my dream. I have always wanted to get married. But at this point, my priorities have changed. I am really looking forward to more films.”, said the actress.
According to a report in Mid-Day earlier this year, the two met through common friends and soon fell in love. The source revealed, "They have known each other from the past few years. They met through common friends from the telly world. But recently, the two have got close. That they are more than just friends was evident from their body language at a Holi bash last month. Vicky and Ankita often hang out together with common friends."
Ankita Lokhande was earlier dating her Pavitra Rishta co-star, Sushant Singh Rajput, who is a known name in Bollywood now. She ended her six-years-of-relationship with him after things took an ugly turn between them.
Looks like 2019 is going to be a great year for her, both professionally and personally.
Ankita will be next seen in Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, which is slated to release on January 25.
