Anushka Sharma and cricketer husband Virat Kohli stepped out for dinner date in London on Friday. They are in the UK for a while after team India crashed out of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. India lost to New Zealand in semi-finals. The two even clicked pictures with their fans. The pictures are reportedly from the restaurant Quilon, Taj London. While Anushka looked beautiful in a denim jacket and distressed jeans, Virat opted for a light green sweatshirt.

Following the defeat, Virat took to his social media account to thanks fans for their support. “Firstly I want to thank all our fans who came in huge numbers to support the team. You made it a memorable tournament for all of us and we felt the love showered upon the team for which we are very grateful. We are all disappointed and share the same emotions as you. We gave everything we had. Have to accept this and move forward. Jai hind,’’ he wrote.
Anushka had also attracted internet’s attention during Team India’s matches, especially on one occasion when she was seen asking one of the friends about the signal for a four.
Though Virat and Anushka have hectic schedules, they don't fail to maintain a work-life balance. At the India Today Mind Rocks 2018, Anushka had said, ‘’ "Both of us really love doing what we do professionally... We don't take our professions too seriously. We don't draw our identity only from that. We are very simple and like doing normal things. For the world, it is about our professions. But in reality, it is as normal as anyone would be in a relationship.’’
On the work front, Anushka has not signed any project after Zero, which featured her opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
