Tiger Shroff's recent release Baaghi 2 has come as a big surprise for everyone and has successfully managed to establish the young actor as the new action hero of Bollywood.
With a riveting storyline and commendable performances, Baaghi has managed to make the cash registers jingle and has managed to cross the Rs 50 crore mark within three days of release.
The movie witnessed a monstrous start at the box office with a collection of Rs 25.10 crore on its day of release.
And now with the long weekend coming to an end, the movie has become a record smasher and made a collection of Rs 73.10 crore in three days of release.
Baaghi 2 is witnessing an evident growth in its collection with every passing day.
Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh took it to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the box office collection of the movie.
He wrote, #Baaghi2 is a RECORD-SMASHER... East, West, North, South - the film is having a BLOCKBUSTER RUN everywhere... Opening weekend numbers are simply PHENOMENAL... Fri 25.10 cr, Sat 20.40 cr, Sun 27.60 cr. Total: ₹ 73.10 cr. India biz."

Surprisingly, the Tiger Shroff-starrer, which had surpassed Padmaavat's first day collections, has failed to beat Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period drama in the opening weekend. Padmaavat had earned a whopping amount of Rs 114 crore in the opening weekend.

The Ahmed Khan directorial has not just become the highest opener of 2018 but has been the highest opener for both Tiger and Disha.
Now, it will be interesting to see how many records Baaghi 2 will be shattering in the coming days.
