New Delhi:

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has landed in a major trouble as he has been convicted in the 20-year-old blackbuck poaching case. He was accused of poaching two blackbucks during the shooting of his 1998 release Hum Saath Saath Hain along with co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre.

On Thursday, the Jodhpur court convicted Salman in the case despite him pleading not guilty. Besides, the other accused have been acquitted by the court in the blackbuck poaching case. 

Notably, the court is yet to announce the quantum of sentence for Salman in the much-hyped poaching case.

Indeed, the court's decision has come as a major jolt for Salman's fans, whereas many had been coming up with a humorous take on the Sultan actor's conviction.
