Also starring Kirti Kulhari, Divya Dutta and Arunoday Singh in key role, Blackmail happens to be a black comedy and is likely to witness a good start at the box office.
The movie has managed to create a buzz with its intriguing trailer and it was believed that the movie will feature some fine performance.
And yes! Blackmail has stood true to all the expectations and is complete 'paisa-vasool' flick.
Irrfan has reportedly stolen all the limelight with his stellar performance and the audience is going gaga over the storyline as well.
Although Blackmail doesn't have a commercial value attached to it, it is reported that the movie is likely to make a collection of around Rs 4 crore on its day of release.
The media reports also suggest that this Abhinay Deo directorial might witness a growth in the collection based on the word of mouth.
However, Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 2 might prove a big hindrance in the collection of Blackmail.
Baaghi 2, which was released on March 30, has been the ruling the box office since day one and has managed to make it to the coveted Rs 100 crore club within a week itself.
In fact, the Tiger Shroff starrer has managed to break several box office records too and is likely to have a major impact on the earnings of Blackmail.
It will be interesting to see how Irrfan Khan's Blackmail will fair at the box office.
