Sonam K Ahuja’s upcoming movie Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga with dad, Anil Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao, is been considered by many as one among the ground-breaking movies in terms of 'coming-out' and the sexual taboo regarding same sex relationships. Scheduled to release this 1st February, the movie which hints to the subject of ‘same-sex’ relationship has now been given a 12 A certification for references to discrimination which will have a run time of 120.
The official Twitter handle of British Board of Film Classification wrote, "EK LADKI KO DEKHA TOH AISA LAGA (12A) references to discrimination.”

The film written by Gazal Dhaliwal will mark the directorial debut of Shelly Chopra Dhar and also the father and daughter share the same screen for the first time. It will have also veteran actors like Juhi Chawl, south sensation Regina Cassandra, Brijendra Kala and Madhumalti Kapoor in titular roles.
