Student of the Year 2 trailer was released a few weeks ago and amidst mixed reactions, garned 42 million views. A few days ago, the makers released the first song of the movie. 'Yeh Jawaani Hai deewani' a tribute to the legendary composer and singer RD Burman and the chemistry betwwn Tiger Shroff and the new comers Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria was droolworthy. Now according to reports by DNA, an ex-student will star opposite Tiger Shroof for a dance sequence and Alia Bhatt was the one who was roped in for the same. Alia Bhatt and Tiger Shroff will showcase some amazing dance moves and their super sizzling chemistry on-screen. It has been choreographed by Farah Khan and was shot last month at a popular studio in Mumbai.
According to the sources close to the development,Alia and Tiger will share screen space together for the first time but seemed to be in sync for the shoot.
While the song has been shot and will be revealed soon, the latest released track The Jawaani Song is still topping the music lists globally.
Student of the Year 2 is a sequel to the Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan starrer. The current film will be introducing Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria in Bollywood. SOTY 2 is helmed by director Punit D Malhotra and is being produced by Karan Johar. The film is slated to release on May 10, 2019
Apart from SOTY2, Tiger will be next seen in an untitled film with Hrithik Roshan, Baaghi 3 and an official remake of Rambo. Alia on the other hand will start shoor for Rajamouli's RRR and Sanjay Leela Bhnansali's Inshallah. Her movie Brahmastra starring beu Ranbir Kapoor will release during this year Christmas.
