Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter starrer Dhadak is one of the much-awaited movies of the year. The romantic drama has been making waves ever since the makers released the first look of the film on social media.
The film which is the Hindi adaption of Marathi blockbuster ‘Sairat’ is being produced by Dharma productions and Zee Studios.  Sairat emerged as one of the highest grossing films in Marathi Cinema and trade pundits expect ‘Dhadak’ to do the same for Bollywood.
The Shashank Khaitan directorial was originally slated to hit the screens on July 6 but will now release on July 20. Film’s producer Karan Johar took to Twitter to share the new poster and release date of the flick.

Dhadak which is based in Rajasthan will portray the love story between a lower caste boy and an upper caste girl. Fans are eagerly waiting for the movie to see the chemistry between the two stars kids.
While Janhvi is making her Bollywood debut with the film, Dhadak will be Ishaan's second outing on the silver screen. The young actor has earned critical acclaim for his performance in Majid Majidi’s ‘Beyond The Clouds’.Â
