Rishi Kapoor is all set to be back on the big screen with his upcoming film, Jhootha Kahin Ka. The film will also feature Jimmy Sheirgill and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 actors Sunny Singh and Omkar Kapoor. The film will bring the veteran actor to the silver screen after more than year. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the first poster of the film and wrote, ''Rishi Kapoor returns to cinema halls on 19 July 2019... First look poster of #JhoothaKahinKa... Costars Omkar Kapoor, Sunny Singh, Jimmy Sheirgill, Lillete Dubey and Manoj Joshi... Directed by Smeep Kang... 19 July 2019 release.''
According to reports, the story of the film revolves around two young boys, Sunny Singh, and Omkar Kapoor, who travel to Mauritius for higher education. They end up loving the country to the extent that they don't want to return from there. Rishi Kapoor, who will be seen playing Omkar’s father in the film, decides to pay the boys a surprise visit. However, he gets stunned when he sees their lifestyle in person.Â

Rishi Kapoor, who is undergoing his medical treatment in New York for cancer, is likely to return to India by August end. In an earlier interview with Mumbai Mirror, Rishi Kapoor had said, ''Yes, I am trying to return by August end, depending on what the doctors at the hospital say. I have recovered well and I am feeling good. Must be 100% fit by the time I am back.''
