Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan is all set to lit up Christmas this year, with his much-awaited film Zero. The Kal Ho Na Ho actor will collaborate with Tanu Weds Manu director Aanand L Rai for the very first time in his career.
King Khan will play the role of a dwarf in the romantic drama which also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. Interestingly, SRK will re-unite with his Jab Tak Hai Jaan co-stars for the film.
Ever since it was reported that Salman Khan would shoot for a special dance sequence for the film, fans have not been able to keep their calm.
Grapevines were buzzing with the rumours that Salman, Shah Rukh and Katrina would be part of the track. However, a recent report in a leading daily has refuted all the speculations.
"Ever since the dance number was filmed, speculations have been rife that Salman and SRK will be joined by Katrina in it. However, that’s not true. It features just the two actors’’, a source told DNA.
Salman Khan will play the role of a superstar while Katrina Kaif will portray the character of an actress in Zero.
Giving more details about the sequence, a source further told DNA ''In the film, Shah Rukh is shown as a big admirer of Katrina’s work, while Salman plays the superstar who is also one of her heroes. The whole sequence is choreographed in such a way that it shows Salman and SRK up against each other on stage. The team has seen the final results and is extremely happy with the track.â€
Zero is one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year, all thanks to interesting storyline and star cast. The film from the stable of Red Chillies Entertainment will hit the silver screens on December 21.
