The last episode of Koffee with Karan season 6 saw cricketers KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya sharing the couch and giving us a sneak peek into their lives off the field. The episode was fun and entertaining as the two Indian cricketers made some candid revelations about their personal life. Towards the end of the episode, a promo of next week's episode was played and we saw Shahid Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter gracing the couch.
While last year Shahid had come on the show with his wife Mira Rajput, this will be Ishaan’s debut appearance on the show. In the promo, the bromance between the brothers is quite evident. Shahid Kapoor was seen teasing Ishaan with Janhvi's name just like Arjun kapoor. In a tiny glimpse, Ishaan also can be seen revealing Janhvi’s name on his phone. But the most interesting part comes up when Shahid Kapoor was asked what his advice would be for Priyanka Chopra’s husband Nick Jonas. And pat came the reply. Shahid said, "Never back down buddy, you’re with the original Desi Girl (winks)."
This who are not aware, rumours of Shahid and Priyanka dating while they were shooting Kaminey were doing the rounds. However, the actors never confirmed this on record. Today, the two are happily married to their better halves. While Shahid is married to Mira Rajput, Priyanka Chopra got married in a lavish and dreamy wedding ceremony to singer Nick Jonas.
On the professional front, Shahid is busy with the filming of the Arjun Reddy remake, Kabir Singh. He stars opposite Kiara Advani in it. As for Priyanka, she will soon be seen in Hollywood movie Isn’t It Romantic? She will also be seen opposite Farhan Akhtar in The Sky Is Pink.
