Pooja Batra and husband Nawab Shah tied the knot in July as per Arya Samaj ritual and since then the two have been busy painting the town red with their romantic gestures and adorable pictures. On Tuesday, Nawab Shah shared a picture of their pool time and needless to say, the two are raising the hotness quotient. Sharing their pool picture on Instagram, Nawab wrote, ''Sunday Kay funday.'' While Nawab can be seen with his flexing biceps and six pack abs, Pooja is in a red bikini. Pooja reacted to the picture with several heart emojis.
Nawab Shah's post was flooded with compliments from his Instagram fans. "Beautiful couple," wrote a fan. Another Instagram user added, " Unbelievable couple, one is super solid and other one is super hot."
Pooja Batra confirmed her wedding to Nawab Shah last month. The reports of their wedding surfaced on after Pooja was spotted wearing a traditional bridal choora and later she confirmed the news to Bombay Times. "I was simply going with the flow, but then I realised that he is the man I want to spend the rest of my life with, and there is no point in delaying it any further. So, here we are," she told the publication. Nawab also revealed that he wanted to marry Pooja as soon as he met her. ''One has to be ready to experience something like this, and I guess, Pooja and I were in that space. It was as if we were destined to be together. We didn’t want to think about it too much and delay it (marriage) any further. Both of us have gone through various phases in life and have matured over the years.''
''When I reconnected with her, a relationship wasn’t on my mind. However, at this stage in life, you feel the void of not having a companion. Pooja entered my life like sunshine and I was sure that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. In fact, I wanted to marry her right after our first meeting,” he said in the interview.
On the work front, Nawab Shah has done multiple roles in movies as well as in television. The actor was last seen in Tiger Zinda Hai which also starred Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in prominent roles. He is currently prepping up for his role in Dabangg 3. Pooja Batra’s last Bollywood outing was in 2017 with a psychological thriller film, Mirror Game.
