With the magnificent success of his last release Baahubali: The Conclusion, Prabhas not just became one the most talked about actors in the industry but also became the most eligible bachelor in the town.
While the rumors of his wedding have been a buzz, there have been reports that Prabhas is dating his Baahubali co-star Anushka Shetty.
In fact, if the recent reports are to be believed the couple is planning to get engaged by the end of this year.
While the two have always maintained their just friends stance, the reports of their love affair always managed to grab the eyeballs.
Finally, Prabhas chose to speak up on the rumors of his alleged affair with Anushka and said that there are nothing more to their chemistry than mere friendship.
He also asserted that the two are mere family friends and the rumors doesn't bother him.
“Both me and Anushka had decided that no matter what, we won’t let reports linking us up appear. Arrey baba, we’re family friends since the past 9 years. We’re very good friends. We know each other since a long time but when these reports surface sometimes, then even I begin thinking, ‘Is there something between us or what?’,†Prabhas told DNA.
“We know there’s nothing of that sort between both of us. This isn’t anything new. Whenever any actress works with an actor again, more than once, people start linking their names,†he added.
Currently, Prabhas is busy shooting for his upcoming movie Saaho, while Anushka is working on her upcoming film Bhagmati
