‘Desi Girl’ Priyanka Chopra is all set to perform at a popular award show in Mumbai and the amount she would be receiving is making headlines.
If sources are to believed, the actress will receive a whopping amount of Rs 4-5 crore for performing just for five-minutes at the event.
A source said, "Priyanka's act will be about five-minute long. Since she is so much in demand, the organisers did not negotiate on the price her team quoted, despite it coming to almost a-crore-a-minute’’.
He further added, ‘’Since Priyanka's last performance was at the Producer's Guild Awards in 2016, the team has planned a routine that will be the highlight of this award season. She will be dancing to a medley of her chartbusters’’.
The main reason behind such record breaking fee is speculated to be associated with her growing popularity on international platform. She recently wrapped up a schedule of the third season of TV series Quantico.
Àpart from Priyanka Chopra, Bollywood celebrities including Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez and Bhumi Pednekar to perform at the award show.
