Mumbai:
Siddharth Roy Kapur's production company Roy Kapur Films (RKF) will partner with writers, directors and producers to create high impact content across multiple genres for the Jio platform.
The content will be made available to Jio subscribers under the 'Jio Originals' brand, stated a statement.
Recently, Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. (Jio) and Roy Kapur Films had announced their association to access original digital video content for the Jio platform.
"Unique stories and great storytelling have always been at the core of all forms and formats of entertainment, and that’s exactly what we will look for in the digital medium too. We will have the added benefit of access to a wealth of real- time information and analytics on the viewing habits of audiences across demographics and geographies, which will help inform our decisions," said Roy Kapur.
"At RKF, we are working to develop and produce digital content that is high-impact, binge-watchable, unique and makes you want to come back for more. We have some very interesting ideas already in development and would welcome anyone with a great story to come share it with us," he added.
