Salman Khan, in his long onscreen reign, has worked with almost every Bollywood A-listers that is on the chart. From Madhuri Dixit, Priyanka Chopra to now the recent announcement of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Inshallah starring Alia Bhatt, the Dabangg star seems to somewhat blend in with the Tinsel town queens in over his two long two-long decade reign. However, the one actress which couldn’t be shaken off the chart is noticeably Deepika Padukone. Why have we never seen Salman share the big screen with another force, Deepika Padukone?

The answer to Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone never had shared the same onscreen is plain and simple-Salman has never been offered any role to work alongside Deepika. According to Bollywood Hungama, Salman Khan, who is promoting his production Notebook starring debutantes Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal, revealed why he hasn’t had a chance to work with Deepika Padukone while also adding that he has always wondered when will he work with her. Salman revealed that he has never been offered any role to work alongside Deepika.

Salman, further added that Deepika, herself is a huge star and will only give a go-sign to a project if offered a big role in the film. Like the question that is still hovering in the air, Salman adds that there isn’t any project happening between Salman and Deepika as of now.

Salman Khan’s production Notebook releases this March 29, 2019. Deepika Padukone meanwhile has jaw-dropped the audience with her transformation as the acid-attack survivor, Laxmi for the Meghna Gulzar movie, Chhapaak, which is already on the rolls.
