Sara Ali Khan who is currently basking in the success of her successful debut in Kedarnath and second film, Simmba with Ranveer Singh is in news over a property dispute. Sara Ali Khan and her mother Amrita Singh have claimed over property worth crores in Dehradun and approached police regarding the case. The property, which is located in the outskirts of Uttarakhand's capital expands over 16,000 square feet area. The mother-daughter duo reached Clementown police station on Saturday for staking the claim to the property. 

The property is said to belong to Amrita Singh's maternal uncle Madhusudan Bimbet, who breathed his last on Saturday due to cancer. Amrita reached Dehradun along with Sara to cremate her maternal uncle's body and then allegedly entered the bungalow, says report. The suit over the title is pending in court. The high-profile property-feud has another interesting angle to it. 

The caretaker of Amrita's maternal uncle for the last three years, Khusiram, in his application to the police, mentioned that the property has been locked so that no one could enter. This has been done as per the order of Amrita's uncle Madhusudan. 

“Nevertheless, none came to see Madhusudan when he needed most and after he died suddenly these people have turned up claiming property belongs to them,” the new website quoted Dhirendra Semal, a close friend of Amrita’s maternal uncle. However, people have started turning up to claim over the property soon after his demise.

Comments from Sara and Amrita are awaited.
