Shah Rukh Khan is taking a break from movies and meanwhile is juggling with being a talk show host and appearing as a guest for chat shows, the last one being with David Letterman. The actor who is in the lookout of a full-proof script for his next movie is reportedly in talks with several directors both old and new for his upcoming projects.
After reports of him quitting the Rakesh Sharma biopic, joining old friend Farah Khan for her upcoming comedy drama and Badhaai Ho director Amit Sharma did the rounds, now fresh reports suggest he is teaming up with Sanju director Rajkumar Hirani
As per a report in Mid-Day, Shah Rukh may be in talks with Rajkumar Hirani for a love story.
An inside source said Mid-Day, “People have been waiting for Shah Rukh to announce his next project after Zero. Shah Rukh and Hirani have been meeting since the past few months discuss this. It’s almost finalised. Hirani will float his own banner and will not (work) with Vidhu Vinod Chopra. It’s a romantic drama with a strong emotional cord running through; it’s right SRk’s alley.”
The report also stated that Hirani will not be collaborating with Vidhu Vinod Chopra for this project and instead, might float his own production banner.
A while back when Shah Rukh was in China, he had mentioned that he will be announcing his next in June.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh is being extremely active on social media sharing photos of his children. He gave out some serios father goals after he waved at an ocean of fans outside Mannata on the occassion of Eid.
