Karan Johar found himself at the other end of the Internet after the filmmaker, in what has been considered an accident, ‘like’ liked a tweet that offended the King of Romance which compared him to Akshay Kumar's new reign with Kesari as the highest opener of 2019 and SRK still recovering from the Zero debacle. The tweet, which was tweeted by one suer Mannu Yadav had tweeted, "Half day colls [collections] of Kesari on Holi day (which is worse than pre diwali day) [is] greater than Zero full festival day collection."
The tweet, which downgrades Shah Rukh Khan went from bad to worse after it was ‘accidently ‘liked’ by Johar making the netizens go all ballistic starting the #ShameOnKaranJohar trend ven going as far as to calling Johar 'snake' and a boycott for 'Kesari' movie.
It wasn’t until too late that Johar realised that he ‘unliked’ the tweet which had already been circulated to the far flunk of the internet with more than 22,000 tweets using the hashtag.
