Sonal Chauhan, who shot to fame with the 2008 released film Jannat, has been grabbing the limelight for her alleged relationship with Indian cricketer KL Rahul. However, the actress has refuted the rumours claiming that she is dating Rahul. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Sonal said: "No, not at all. He is a very good cricketer, talented and nice guy."
Apart from Sonal Chauhan, the 27-year-old cricketer has been romantically linked to Bollywood actress Nidhhi Agerwal (Munna Michael) and before that to Alia Bhatt’s best friend Akansha Ranjan Kapoor, who featured in the music video of Tere Do Naina opposite Aparshakti Khurana. However, both the actresses too refuted the rumours.
Meanwhile, Sonal Chauhan made her debut with Jannat in 2008 and in the same year, she also made her Telugu film debut with Rainbow. She has also featured in other Bollywood films like 3G, Paltan, Buddha Hoga Tera Baap and Jack and Dil.
She recently made her digital debut with ZEE5’s web series Skyfire. Recently, in an interaction with indianexpress.com, she said, “Jannat was my first film and it will always be special. So it’s heartwarming whenever someone calls me Zoya or Jannat girl. And honestly, I can never ever complain about it. I got so much love for my first project, something that many achieve only after a great body of work. But I would want them to appreciate my other work too and give me the same kind of love.”
Meanwhile, KL Rahul is currently in England with team India participating in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup.
