Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon set the screens on fire with their sizzling chemistry in the hit 90s’ number Tip Tip Barsa Paani from the film Mohra. And now 25 years later, the actor is all set to recreate the magic with Katrina Kaif in Sooryavanshi. Akshay took to his Twitter account to share this exciting news. ''I would’ve definitely been disappointed if any other actor would’ve recreated Tip Tip Barsa Paani,a song which has been synonymous with me & my career & I can’t thank Ratan Jain ji enough. At times like these you realize, we may have come a long way but we also go back a long way,'' he wrote.
Now, Akshay Kumar’s alleged ex-girlfriend Raveena Tandon has finally reacted on the news. In an interview to Spotboye.com, Raveena, ''Sounds Superb, I love new remixes.’’
Reportedly, the reprised version is composed by Tanishq Bagchi while Farah Khan has come on board to choreograph Akshay and Katrina’s moves. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film is set to hit the screens on March 27, 2020.
