Interestingly, Poster Boys marks the directorial debut of actor Shreyas Talpade and brings together Sunny and Bobby Deol after four years.
If the trade experts are to be believed, the movie is expected to show an upward trend in the opening weekend as well.
Trade expert Taran Adarsh said, "BO following similar pattern for *most* new films… Fri morning/noon = lukewarm… Biz picks up towards evening if film rich in merits…"
Notably, Poster Boys witnessed a box office clash with Arjun Rampal's gangster drama Daddy, which too got an average response. Based on the life of gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli, Daddy is helmed by Ashim Ahluwalia.
