In case you didn’t know, ace cricketer Virat Kohli was once rumoured to have dated Baahubali star, Tamannaah Bhatia before he said the final ‘I Do’ with Anushka Sharma. The gossips added that the two stars hit it off in 2012 when they worked in an ad film together until they decided to part ways for reasons unknown. While the extent of the truth was unknown for a very long time, we have the chance to come clean with what actually happened from the words of the own actress herself.
Tamannaah, who recently appeared on Famously Filmfare clarified things once and for all about her being tied to the cricketer. Finally revealing the truth, Bhatia said, "I think we spoke four words during the ad film, that’s it. After that, I’ve never met or spoken to Virat. But I must say he was better than most of the actors we work with. And it was quite intimidating."
Ans with that, we put to rest all the Kohli-Bhatia dating rumours, because from the won words pf Bhatia they clearly weren’t. She was also once rumoured to be linked to former Pakistani cricketer Abdul Razzaq, which she brushed aside as cooked-up stories. The about the rumours had stated, “One day it’s an actor, another day it’s a cricketer, and now it’s a doctor. These rumours make it sound like I’m on a husband shopping spree. While I love the idea of being in love, I definitely don’t appreciate baseless news when it comes to my personal life. I am happily single at the moment and my parents aren’t groom hunting.” She had later also added that the only thing she is romancing right now is her cinematic endeavours.
She will be seen next in the Tamil remake of Kangana Ranaut's national awarded film, Queen, which is titled This Is Mahalaxmi.
