'We have chosen an establishment with great clarity' Shah Rukh Khan's congratulatory message to Narendra Modi

Narendra Modi's landslide victory received immense appreciation and from Bollywood celebrities. From Karan Johar to Kangana Ranaut, all the celebs united to wish Narendra Modi on his historic win at the Lok Sabha Assembly polls. 

Shah Rukh Khan has also recently congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for leading the Bharatiya Janata Party to an epic victory and for gearing up for a second term.

"We - as proud Indians - have chosen an establishment with great clarity and now we need to get behind it and work with it to have our hopes and dreams fulfilled. The Electoral Mandate and Democracy is a winner. Big congratulations to PM Narendra Modi ji, BJP and its leaders," the actor tweeted.

 

Several Bollywood celebrities, including Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty, Ajay Devgn, Raveena Tandon, Varun Dhawan, Parineeti Chopra and Karan Johar took to social media to wish the prime minister on his return to power for a second consecutive term.
On Thursday, Narendra Modi addressed the BJP workers at the party headquarters and reiterated his commitment to the citizens. "This election is being fought by the people. If anyone has won, it is India. We dedicate this victory to the people of India," he said.

The actor has also earlier sided Modi and asked his fans and followers to cast their vote. Shah Rukh Khan released a rap video urging fans to exercise their democratic right in the Lok Sabha elections in response to his appeal to celebrities to increase voting awareness. 
In the 1.06-minute video, titled "Karo Matdan: It's Time to Vote", Shah Rukh is seen—and heard—telling people their vote is the lifeblood of democracy. The video comes almost a month after Modi tagged a number of influential people on Twitter.

"Fantastic effort, @iamsrk! I am sure the people of India, especially first time voters will pay heed to your appeal and come out to vote in large numbers," the prime minister said. 

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan has begun shooting for the second season of TED Talks India. The superstar who hosted the first season of TED Talks India will be back as host for season 2. "Busy...busy...busy! Time to think out of the box on Ted Talks! Listening and Learning.: the actor twitted sharing a still from his shott for TED Talks.

 

According to a DNA source, "SRK will shoot for it continuously for the next 12 days at Filmistan. It will be telecast on Sundays only, but either in the morning at 11 am, the same slot which had Aamir Khan’s Satyamev Jayate or in the evening at 8 pm. That’s because at 7 pm, they already have another property, the supernatural show Divya Drishti".
