Aamir Khan and Zaira Wasim starrer ‘Secret Superstar’ was released on January 19 in China. And, it looks like there are huge number of Aamir fans in China as the movie is receiving the same accolades as ‘Dangal’.
‘Secret Superstar’ is not only receiving positive response from the audience but the movie is breaking all the previous records created by Dangal.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took his Twitter handle to share the first day collection of Zaira Wasim-Aamir Khan starrer ‘Secret Superstar’ and wrote ‘’Aamir Khan scores yet again in China... #SecretSuperstar debuts at No 1 spot at China BO... Collects a WHOPPING $ 6.79 million [₹ 43.35 cr] on Fri... Opening day numbers are HIGHER than #Dangal there... SENSATIONAL!’’.

In another tweet he wrote, “The tremendous goodwill that #Dangal - and prior to that #PK - created in China has benefited #SecretSuperstar... Although Aamir has an extended special appearance in #SecretSuperstar, Aamir’s star pull is at the peak in China... Expect magical numbers yet again!’’.

If critics are to be believed, the good word-of-mouth of Dangal and PK will help the collection of ‘Secret Superstar’ to grow and bag in huge numbers at the box-office.
Aamir Khan’s last release Dangal did a lifetime business of Rs 1459 crore in China. And, it is speculated that ‘Secret Superstar’ will do business around Rs 500 crore in China.
