While netizens are still riveting over Siddhant Chaturvedi’s ‘savage’ reply to Ananya Panday on nepotism, some netizens have brought into light Geetika Vidya Ohlyan’s bold comment on the Unnao Case and CAA during the Newcomers Roundtable 2019 with Rajeev Masand. Talking about using wise the name she has recently built for herself, i.e. a celeb, Vidya told the rest of her other newcomer actors and host on how impactful an actor can be on important, current issues such as the Unnao case and the CAA protest.
Coming well prepared to voice her opinion, Vidya had her hands painted with Unnao on one hand and CAA on the other. She hence went on to show support for Unnao victim and adds that the victim gets justice while adding people be more kind towards each other, a comment on the CAA protests that claimed more than 20 lives.

The star guests consisted of Tara Sutaria (Student of the Year 2, Marjaavaan), Vishal Jethwa (Mardaani 2), Ananya Panday (Student of the Year 2, Pati Patni aur Woh), Siddhant Chaturvedi (Gully Boy), Geetika Vidya Ohlyan (Soni), Abhimanyu Dassani (Mard Ko Dard Nahin Hota), and Saloni Batra (Soni).
