Akshay Kumar is probably one of the biggest names in Bollywood today challenging his own box office records with back to back heavyweight performances. The actor now has added another feather to his cap as he featured in the list of Forbes Highest-Paid Actors in 2019
Akshay is on the fourth position in the list with the gross earnings of $65 million. The first position is clinched by Baywatch actor Dwayne Johnson ($89.4 million). Chris Hemsworth ($76.4 million) popular for his role as Thor in MCU movies grabbed the 2nd spot and Robert Downey Jr ($66 million) as Iron is third.
Hollywood stars who ranked below the Bollywood star are Jackie Chan ($58 million), Bradley Cooper ($57 million), Adam Sandler ($57 million), Chris Evans ($43.5 million), Paul Rudd ($41 million) and Will Smith ($35 million).
According to the publication, Akshay earns at least $5 million and up to $10 million per film. Apart from the films, he also has around 20 brand endorsements helping him fetch millions.
After taking Mission Mangal to the 100 crore orbit, Akshay is all set to stir his upcoming movies like Good news, Laxmmi bomb there. He has also signed films Bachchan Pandey and a film based on Prithviraj Chauhan.
