Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is turning 25 on Thursday and the lady has been inundated with birthday wishes from family, friends and fans ofcourse.
However, it is her mother Soni Razdan's post that left us overwhelmed. The proud mother shared a collage of Alia's childhood picture and expressed her love for her daughter in the best way possible.
In the caption, Razdan came up with the best birthday wish for her sweetheart and also gave her a precious advise for life ahead.
She wrote, “On this day 25 years ago you were born Alia. Your name had already been chosen in my head. Alia Knightly was a lovely British Indian model and when I read that name I had decided if I had a girl we would call her Alia. Luckily your father agreed. I had no idea what the name meant then. It was many years later that I found out it means ‘exalted’. And that you most certainly are. A month before you were born I had a dream. I saw your face clearly in that dream. Since then in these 25 years you have scaled great heights in your young life... true to your name. On this day, your birthday, I wish you all the best as always... but I also wish that you keep your core self intact. Your special simple sweet self intact through all the craziness and the heady ups and the not so heady downs of life ... don’t lose sight of who you really are inside. Interestingly, Soni has also revealed that the reason she named her daughter as Alia saying that it was after a British Indian model Alia Knightly as she liked her name a lot.
Well, this emotional post by mommy Soni Razdan will not just make Alia happy but will also make her miss her family as she is away from home due to professional commitments.
The birthday girl is currently shooting in Bulgaria for her upcoming movie Brahmastra.
Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, the movie also features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead and given the hectic schedule, Alia Bhatt will be working on her birthday this year.
