After Zareen Khan was brutally trolled on social media for posting a picture showing her stretch marks on her stomach, actress Anushka Sharma came forward and expressed her support to the actress. On an Instagram story, Anushka wrote, "Zareen, you're beautiful, brave and strong just the way you are."
Just a day ago, Zareen had shared a photo of herself. The actress received negative comments about her stomach. Zareen took to Instagram and gave a befitting reply to the trolls.
"For people who are very curious to know about what’s wrong with my stomach, this is the natural stomach of a person, who has lost 50 kgs of weight, this is how it looks when it is not photoshopped or surgically corrected. I’ve always been someone who believes in being real and embraced my imperfections with pride rather than covering it up," Zareen wrote.
She also posted screenshots of users asking her about her stomach. One user wrote, "Such a weird stomach." Another wrote, "Yeh pait ko kya ho gaya hai?"
Zareen Khan made her debut in Bollywood with Salman Khan's 2010 film Veer. She has featured in films such as Housefull 2, Hate Story 3, Veerappan, Wajah Tum Ho, Aksar 2 and 1921.
Zareen will be seen next in the film Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele. Anushka was last seen in Zero, which was a dud at the box office.
Anushka has not signed any film after Zero. However, she is producing a series for Netflix. Speaking about her choice of roles in the future, Anushka had told Hindustan Times, ''The best situation for me to be in — as an actor as well as the audience — would be to watch a film which is entertaining but it must also leave some thoughts — in a very subtle manner — in your mind to ponder over.''
