Ayushmann Khurrana is all set to to star in a movie that deals with the taboo of homosexuality and will team up with Zero, Tanu weds Manu producer Aanand L Rai for the same. The news that came yesterday was confirmed by the actor with an animated teaser shared by the actor on his social media handles yesterday.Â
Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan will be released on the Valentines day of 2020 and hence will clash with two other much anticipated movies, Sara Alia Khan and Kartik Aaryan starrer untitled film by Imtiaz Ali and Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani's movie Malng.
The quirky entertainer will be directed by Hitesh Kewalya said the a source close to the filmamaker.Â
It is expected to go on the floors in the last week of August. The film will be shoot all in one schedule with the entire ensemble cast and Ayushmann will be joined by another actor for the lead role that is yet to be finalized
According to producer Aanand L Rai of Colour Yellow Productions the success of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan encouraged them to turn it into a franchise which tackles taboo subjects in the most light-hearted manner.
All three of these movies happen to be family drama and face stiff competition against each othe. The lead actors of the movies also have huge fan bases of their own and considering the huge positive buzz , Kartik Aaryan and Aditya Roy Kapur;s movie has already made, the clash calls for a big box office game
