According to WHO, to wash hands effectively, wet hands with water, apply enough soap and rub hands palm to palm , right palm over left dorsum with interlaced fingers and vice versa and also pal to palm with fingers interlaced, back of fingers and backwards forwards rotational rubbing with clasped fingers. Then rinse hands with water and dry thoroughly with single use towel. Use the same towel to turn off faucet and your hands are safe.
