Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is all set to enthrall his fans with his grand comeback as police officer Chulbul Pandey in cop drama, Dabangg 3. The film also stars Sonakshi Sinha, who will reprise the role of Rajjo, while Mahesh Manjrekar's daughter Saiee, will play Salman's childhood love. And now Dabangg 3 just got all the more exciting with Preity Zinta coming on board.
Taking to Twitter, Priety Zinta revealed that she just happened to bump into "someone special in U.P" and left fans intrigued. "This Halloween I met someone special in U.P ? Socho aur bolo?#HappyHalloween #police #surprise #dabangg3 #ting," Preity wrote along with what looks like a still from Dabangg 3.
Sharing another picture, she wrote, ''Anything can happen on Halloween. Here’s to having some fun and being a little crazy ! Perks of showing up on the #Dabangg3 shoot #chubulpandey #Happyhalloween #Fun #ting @beingsalmankhan.''
The pictures shared by the actress shows Salman Khan dressed in his Chulbul Pandey avatar, while Preity is dressed in a blue Police uniform. Both actors are wearing their shades on their collars at the nape – a signature Dabangg style as we know!
Well, it will be quite interesting to see both Salman and Preity back on the silver screen after a gap of almost a decade and that too, in a never-seen-before avatar. For the uninitiated, Preity and Salman have worked together in quite a few memorable films right from Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega, Chori Chori Chupke to Jaan-E-Mann, Heroes among others. The two also share a really great rapport off-screen.
Directed by Prabhudeva, Dabangg 3 is being touted as a prequel to the story of Salman's character Chulbul Pandey - how he transformed from a local goon to a Robinhood cop. The film will also see Kannada star Sudeep as the antagonist. The cop drama, which will hit the screens on December 20, will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
