KL Rahul, who is currently winning hearts in the ongoing World Cup 2019, is also making headlines for his personal life. If reports are to be believed, the ace cricketer has found love in Suneli Shetty's daughter Athiya Shetty. A source told Bollywoodlife.com, "Rahul and Athiya have been going around with each other. They started dating since a little before February, this year. And things are quite serious." Apparently, the two met through common friends.
The portal also added that the two have refrained from public appearances, to avoid speculation. Interestingly, KL Rahul was earlier linked to Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor, who happens to be a good friend of Athiya. Rahul has also been linked to Niddhi Agerwal, who rubbished the reports and said that he was just a good friend.
She had said, ''Yes, I did go out on dinner with Rahul. I and Rahul go back a long way. We have known each other since our teenage years before Rahul became a cricketer and I became an actress. Though we did not go to the same college in Bangalore, we have known each other for long."
On the work front, Athiya Shetty had made her debut with the film Hero in 2015. She will next be seen opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Motichoor Chaknachoor.
